Mike and Kristen first met in January of 2017. They originally connected on a dating app, but life was busy and both of their jobs were incredibly demanding. But love couldn’t wait. They finally coordinated schedules and made time for their first date at a small Italian restaurant. Mike had a long day at the animal hospital where he was working, and Kristen was coming from Boston hospital where she worked. They sat down and immediately there were sparks. Their conversation was effortless and time seemed to stand still—until they noticed the kitchen staff turning off the lights and waiting for them to leave. They were completely engulfed in conversation and captivated by one another.

From that day forward, Mike and Kristen were inseparable. Over the years, they've made a life together, sharing the same friends and hobbies, traveling across the world, hiking mountains and kissing under the northern lights. They’ve stood by each other through thick and thin. And although they’ve spent some extraordinary moments together across the globe, the most special are the smaller day-to-day moments. From going grocery shopping together, to spending weekdays at the gym with one another, to going on sunset strolls after dinner—their journey has been a beautiful one, filled with many memories; and they cannot wait to create many more!
