Cliff House | Cape Neddick, ME | Kristen and Andrew

Andrew was working at a local gym, MISSION Portsmouth. Kristen’s sister, Lauren, encouraged her to check out the newest instructor’s cycle class. Despite being reluctant to take a high-intensity spin class, Kristen enjoyed Andrew’s energy, passion, and humor as he taught. Although Lauren encouraged Kristen to say hi to Andrew, it wasn’t until the two matched on the Bumble dating app that sparked a conversation. They had their first date in downtown Portsmouth at Mr. Kim’s and spent the summer and following months together almost every day. In March 2020, during the start of the pandemic, Andrew asked Kristen to marry him in the gardens at Strawberry Banke, a special place near Kristen’s house where she often took her dog, Owen. Despite hurdles with COVID, the two had their dream wedding in September 2021 at another special spot to Kristen, the Cliff House.
